When you reside in the United States, the Services are provided by ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO, USA, and this Privacy Policy applies to information collected and used by ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO, USA.

Scope and Application

This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who uses our apps or Services to request, book, manage, provide, dispatch, support, or pay for transportation, delivery, or other on-demand offerings. This includes customers, passengers, bookers, corporate and travel-agency account users, affiliates, chauffeurs, drivers, couriers, partner transportation companies, and other authorized users of our websites, portals, and mobile applications.

For Google Play and other app-store purposes, this Privacy Policy specifically applies to the Book-A-Limo mobile app, package com.bookalimo.mobile, including customer, account, affiliate, and chauffeur features made available in the app.

Collection of Information

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request Services, contact customer support, communicate with our teams, apply to work with us, assign a chauffeur, manage a reservation, or submit information through our websites, portals, or mobile applications. This information may include your name, company name, account number, email address, phone number, postal address, billing address, profile or account details, passenger and booker details, travel preferences, flight or airline details, train or port details, pickup and drop-off locations, saved addresses, special instructions, requested services, delivery notes, messages, payment method information, and any other details you choose to share.

Information Collected Through Your Use of the Services

When you use our Services, we collect information about you in the following general categories:

  • Transaction Information. Details related to your trips or deliveries, including the type of service requested, date and time of service, amount charged, payment status, vehicle class, trip status, reservation history, trip notes, chauffeur assignment, distance traveled, and other related transaction data. If someone uses your promo code, we may associate your name with that person.
  • Location Information. Pickup, stop, drop-off, saved-address, airport, port, train, city, and other trip-location information you enter or select. When an authorized chauffeur or driver uses the Book-A-Limo mobile app for an active reservation, the app may access and collect approximate or precise device location, including in the background or when the app is closed or not in use, only after location permission is granted and live tracking is active. We use location information to provide chauffeur live tracking, show the chauffeur's approach to pickup, support dispatch and customer coordination, update trip status, improve safety and operational reliability, resolve support issues, and protect against fraud or misuse. We do not sell location information and do not use it for advertising.
  • Usage and Preference Information. Information about how you interact with our Services, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. We may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers to support these experiences.
  • Device Information. Data about the device you use to access our Services, such as hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, app version, installation identifiers, push-notification tokens, device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, serial number, device motion information, mobile network details, and information needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
  • Communications and Notifications. When you communicate with us or with authorized trip participants through the Services, we may receive call, SMS, email, chat, push-notification, and support-message data, including the date and time of the communication, the involved contact details, message content, delivery status, notification history, read/open status, and related reservation identifiers. We use this data for reservation coordination, customer support, safety, service quality, and operational recordkeeping.
  • Calendar Information. If you choose to add a reservation to your device calendar or allow calendar access where supported, the app may access calendar functionality to create or update trip events. We use calendar access only to provide the calendar feature you request.
  • Payment Information. We collect and process payment-related information needed to complete bookings, verify payment methods, issue receipts, process refunds, manage invoices, and prevent fraud. This may include cardholder name, billing address, card brand, expiration date, masked card details, payment tokens, authorization or verification results, invoice details, and transaction identifiers. Full payment-card numbers and security codes are handled by payment processors or secure payment systems according to applicable payment-security requirements.
  • Log Information. Server logs that may include device IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and system activity, browser type, and the third-party site or service you used before interacting with our Services.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, confirm, dispatch, operate, track, support, modify, and complete reservations and related transportation services.
  • Authenticate users, maintain accounts, manage saved profiles, process account deletion requests, and protect account security.
  • Send confirmations, receipts, service updates, operational notifications, password reset codes, and customer-support messages.
  • Process payments, verify payment methods, manage invoices, reconcile transactions, and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Support chauffeur live tracking, trip coordination, route visibility, pickup readiness, safety, and service-quality review.
  • Maintain, debug, analyze, secure, and improve our websites, mobile apps, APIs, communications, and internal operations.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, insurance, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and safety obligations.

Sharing of Information

We may share the information we collect to provide personalized travel services, improve communications, and deliver responsive support. Customer account data is protected through layered technical and operational safeguards that help prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of information by parties inside or outside the company.   • With dispatchers, reservation agents, customer-support teams, account administrators, bookers, passengers, and authorized trip viewers as needed to provide and support a reservation.

  • With payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, banks, card networks, invoice providers, and accounting systems as needed to process and reconcile payments.
  • With hosting, cloud infrastructure, database, security, analytics, mapping, routing, email, SMS, push-notification, customer-support, and other technology providers that help us operate the Services.
  • In response to lawful requests from competent authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
  • With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties when we believe your actions are inconsistent with our agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO, our customers, or others.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data, including device location, payment information, communications, or notification data.

The Services may integrate with social sharing features and other tools that let you share actions you take on our Services with other apps, sites, or media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the social sharing service. Analytics and Advertising Services Provided by Others

We may allow others to provide audience measurement and analytics services for us, to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet, and to measure the performance of those advertisements. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and other technologies to identify your device when you visit our site and use our Services, as well as when you visit other online sites and services. We do not use precise or background mobile location collected for chauffeur live tracking to serve advertising. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive user data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards include access controls, encryption or secure transmission where appropriate, monitoring, logging, internal review, vendor controls, and separation of duties for sensitive operational systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, but we work to apply safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risk involved.

Account Information, Retention, and Deletion

You may correct account information by signing into your online or in-app account where that feature is available. You may request account deletion from within the app where supported or by contacting us at [email protected]. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including reservation operations, customer support, payment processing, accounting, tax, insurance, legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, and business records.

When an account or data-deletion request is approved, we delete, de-identify, or restrict information according to applicable law and our retention obligations. Some information may be retained when required or permitted for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as completed reservation records, invoices, payment records, fraud-prevention records, safety records, tax or accounting records, pending disputes, chargebacks, legal claims, or records needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO, our customers, partners, or others.

Choices and Access Rights

ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO complies with individuals' requests regarding access, correction, and deletion of the personal data it stores, in accordance with applicable law.

You can use device settings to control app permissions such as location, calendar, and notifications. Some Services may not work properly if required permissions are disabled. For example, chauffeur live tracking requires location permission while tracking is active, and operational alerts require notification permission where the platform requires it.

Mobile App and App-Store Disclosures

Our app-store data-safety and permission disclosures are intended to be consistent with this Privacy Policy. Depending on the features you use, the Book-A-Limo mobile app may access, collect, use, or share personal and sensitive data such as contact information, account identifiers, reservation and travel details, payment-related information, device or app identifiers, push-notification tokens, calendar event data, communications, and precise or approximate location for chauffeur live tracking during active reservations.

Background location is used only for operational ride tracking and trip coordination when an authorized chauffeur starts live tracking for an active reservation. It allows customers, authorized trip viewers, dispatch, and operations teams to see the chauffeur's location while the chauffeur is approaching pickup or servicing the reservation, even if the app is closed or not in use. Background location is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Your California Privacy Rights

California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for those parties' direct marketing purposes unless you give us consent.
